Privacy Policy

This document explains what data INFOCROSS VPN uses, why the service needs it, and how a user can contact us about data processing.

1. General Provisions

By using the website, Telegram bot, Telegram WebApp, or dashboard, the user confirms that they have read this Policy. If the user disagrees with the terms, they must stop using the service.

2. Data That May Be Processed

  • Account identifiers: Google ID, Google email address, Telegram ID, username, interface language, and technical profile ID.
  • Subscription, Google Play purchase, other payment, invoice, and payment status data.
  • Technical information about the browser, device, session, and service events.
  • Support ticket history and messages sent by the user within a ticket.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • To create, display, and maintain user keys.
  • To process payments, renewals, refunds, and subscription statuses.
  • To contact the user, deliver notifications, and provide support.
  • To protect the service, diagnose technical errors, and enforce limits.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

INFOCROSS VPN does not sell user data. Disclosure is possible only when required by law, necessary to complete a user operation through a payment or infrastructure provider, or when the user has consented to such disclosure.

5. Storage and Protection

Data is stored for the period necessary to operate the service, fulfill obligations, support users, and comply with applicable requirements. The administration applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, while the user understands that data transmission over the internet cannot be absolutely risk-free.

6. User Requests

  • The user may request clarification, correction, or deletion of data when it does not conflict with service obligations.
  • The Android app account can be deleted in Profile. Public instructions are available on the Account Deletion page. Active Google Play auto-renewal must be cancelled first.
  • If the app is unavailable, a request can be submitted through support in the dashboard, Telegram bot, or Telegram WebApp.
  • Deletion revokes VPN keys, ends mobile sessions, and removes sign-in identifiers. Payment and accounting records may be retained in anonymized form for legal compliance, refunds, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

8. Policy Changes

The administration may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page, and continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
