Refund terms for purchases of digital VPN keys made through the INFOCROSS Telegram bot.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital goods (VPN keys) made through our Telegram bot (@infocross_bot).

  • 1.2. This Policy applies regardless of the user account country of residence, citizenship, or payment method.
  • 1.3. The service is provided in digital form. The moment of service provision is considered to be the issuance of the VPN key.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. A refund is possible under the following conditions:

  • Product malfunction due to INFOCROSS fault (technical failures in the system).
  • Non-delivery of the product within 48 hours.
  • The VPN key has not been activated or linked to any device.
  • The request contains the order number, Telegram account ID, and a brief description of the reason.
  • 2.2. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment system and issuing bank and may take up to 7 business days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • The key has been activated or connected to a device.
  • Violations have been detected: use for purposes that violate legislation or terms of service.
  • The purchase was made as part of a promotion, promo code, or special tariff.
  • Technical problems related to user device settings, local providers, or regional blocking that are not service malfunctions.

4. Refund Procedure

4.1. To request a refund, contact support via direct messages (@infocross_sup) or the ticket system in Telegram bot @infocross_bot with the subject “Refund”.

  • 4.2. Request review time: up to 48 hours from receipt of complete information.
  • 4.3. Upon approval, funds are returned automatically. Payment system fees may be deducted according to their rules.
  • 4.4. Refund denials are accompanied by written justification upon user request.

5. Updates & Contact

5.1. INFOCROSS reserves the right to modify this Policy. The current version is always available at infocross.info.

  • 5.2. Refund-related inquiries should be directed to the ticket system or direct messages to support.
  • 5.3. This Policy comes into effect from the date of publication.
