1. General Provisions

By using the service, including launching the bot, signing in to the dashboard, paying for a subscription, or receiving a key, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the service.

2. Nature of Services

INFOCROSS VPN provides intangible digital services: creating and maintaining keys, dashboard access, QR codes, subscription statuses, instructions, and support requests.

The user understands that the value of the service is technical setup, automation, maintenance, support, and updates.

3. Lawful Use

The service is not intended to organize, encourage, or assist unlawful activity.

  • The user agrees to use the service within applicable laws and third-party rules.
  • The user is responsible for the legality of their own actions.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is made under the terms shown before confirmation. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation. The duration, limits, and key parameters are determined by the selected subscription period.

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy. The user contacts support through the Telegram bot, Telegram WebApp, dashboard, or direct messages to @infocross_sup and provides purchase details.

5. Intellectual Property

Interfaces, texts, instructions, software components, and other service materials are protected by intellectual property law. The user may not copy, resell, or transfer materials to third parties without permission from the rights holder.

6. Access Restrictions

The administration may suspend or restrict access in case of Terms violations, abuse, service risks, legal requirements, payment provider requirements, or technical limit violations.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The administration does not guarantee that the service will meet all user expectations or operate without interruption. The administration is not responsible for third-party actions, temporary technical failures, user decisions, or indirect losses.

8. Privacy

User data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The administration collects the minimum information necessary for service operation, payment processing, support, and security.

9. Changes and Contact

The administration may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page. For service questions, the user may contact support through the dashboard, Telegram bot, Telegram WebApp, or direct messages to @infocross_sup.
